Variable Peripheral Speed After installation on-site, if you need to change the scraping speed (rake peripheral speed), it can be completed simply by replacing the sprocket wheel. It is hassle-free and cost-effective. Maintenance Inspection The square floor plate installed between the spur gear and the worm gear reducer provides ample space in the center and around the perimeter, making maintenance inspections easy. Additionally, the replacement of lubricating oil is concentrated in the center, eliminating hazardous working conditions, making it extremely safe and straightforward. Safety Device This machine is equipped with a protective mechanism for the drive unit against overload. The safety device allows for visual detection of the overload rate (torque) on a scale, while simultaneously activating alarm and stop contacts at the torque set value.
